When her husband decided to retire early and start his own business, Ez also made the choice to quit her job to support him. Unfortunately, the business faced a setback due to the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis that had significant impact on the family finances.
However, a turning point came when Ez applied as a Life Planner with AIA Philippines. After five years of her dedicated work, her husband recognized the potential and decided to join her in the venture.
