Calories burned
30 minutes of physical activity and at least 300 calories burned (50 points)
30 minutes of physical activity and at least 600 calories burned (100 points)
60 minutes of physical activity and at least 300 calories burned (100 points)
Speed
30 minutes of physical activity at a minimum speed of 4km/hr (50 points)
30 minutes of physical activity at a minimum speed of 7.2km/hr (100 points)
60 minutes of physical activity at a minimum speed of 4km/hr (50 points)
